A transparent and flexible investment platform
LUXEM’s transparent and flexible investment platform allows co-investors to gain access to opportunities across the private equity spectrum. The company invests across the spectrum of private market opportunities, leading or participating in investments at the Angel, Growth, Buyout and Secondary stages. Being active across stages gives LUXEM a substantial informational edge on valuation that allows to navigate opaque markets and pursue the most attractive segments available. Being sector and region agnostic enables the investment team and investors to adjust to market trends and industry shifts as they happen, without blind pool allocations or commitments. LUXEM follows strict due diligence procedures and execution restrictions, reviewed quarterly by the board of directors. These parameters ensure a disciplined decision making process while guiding the LUXEM proprietary Direct Investment Pipeline (DIP); a system that is applied by all team members across offices.
